Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of new contracts and applications
- Shipping documents such as letter of instruction/forwarding instructions
- Issue/Establish Letter of Credits for both Imports/Exports
- Ensure documents and certificates are genuine and accurate
- Liaise with Suppliers and freight forwarders
- Prepare and dispatch original invoices and other relevant documents
- Scanning and filing of contracts
- Work as part of the team and assist other teams with all general administration
- Answer incoming calls, opening mail and distributing incoming correspondence.
- Experience in export & import documentation
- Good knowledge in all aspects of international trading
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Computer literacy in MS Office mainly Outlook/Word/Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
