Import Air Operations Coordinator with ref. 2863615A

This expanding international freight forwarder is keen to add to their already impressive operations team. To be considered for this role you must be experienced in import air freight forwarding operations.

The role:

Job registration
Monitoring cargo availability and status
Coordinating airport retrieval to bond store
Cargo automation
Organising & lodging underbond movement requests
Finalising invoices to clients, overseas offices and third parties
Collection & handover of delivery orders
Liaising with airlines, freight forwarders, overseas offices, customers, suppliers and internal staff

The person:

Import air operations experience within freight forwarding environment
Cargowise experience essential
Willingness to commit to weekend work roster - paid overtime
Computer literacy in MS Word and MS Excel
Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Team player
