The Supply Chain division of this well-established brand is seeking a team member who has a talent for identifying customer needs and aligning with internal services. In the role you will be responsible for supporting the team with set up and implementation of supply chain processes and ongoing customer support for international clients.
Duties & responsibilities include:
- Participate in customer meetings to discuss current supply chain processes
- Assess implementation requirements and clarify expectations
- Create customer specific onboarding, implementation plan and SOP
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Ensure implementation process requirement are met
- Load orders as required into operating systems
- Support customers through onboarding
- Assist with customer queries and ongoing support
- Customer service or operational experience within freight forwarding or shipping
- Previous experience in project management and/or implementation
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel
- Working experience with ERP systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Enjoys interacting with clients and building relationships
- Personable, with the ability to clearly communicate and deliver processes
