Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries and provide accurate, timely freight solutions
- Prepare and issue quotations, including one-off quotes for clients
- Set up and maintain client rates within CargoWise
- Coordinate bookings with overseas agents
- Monitor shipments and provide regular updates to customers through to final delivery
- Ensure proactive communication with clients and agents at all times
- Follow up on bookings and resolve any issues efficiently
- Minimum 3 years’ experience using CargoWise
- At least 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding customer service, including:
- Quoting for regular customers
- Arranging bookings with overseas agents
- Managing shipments end-to-end
- Experience in operations - import and export (sea and air)
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and international agents
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and problem-solve
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
- A team player who contributes positively to the workplace
- No planned leave in the immediate future
- Available to commence ASAP
