What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll take ownership of shipments from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing international freight movements (air and sea)
- Coordinating with carriers, overseas agents, and customs brokers
- Handling all shipment documentation and ensuring accuracy
- Monitoring freight progress and resolving any delays or issues
- Communicating regularly with customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining compliance with all relevant customs and regulatory requirements
To succeed in this position, you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in freight forwarding (imports, exports, or both)
- A solid understanding of customs processes and international logistics
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Good organisational ability and the confidence to manage competing priorities
- Competency with standard office systems (Excel, email, etc.)
