Export Sea Operations - entry level with ref.

Opportunity for an Export Sea Operator to join this specialist Freight Forwarder located in Hurstville. You will be working in a team of Export Operators, looking after key accounts and managing processes from pick up through to destination.

The position is open to applicants who have previous experience in Export Documentation in either Freight Forwarding or Logistics.

To be an eligible applicant you must possess:

Understanding of export documentation and Incoterms
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
Strong customer service skills
Genuine desire to develop a career in Freight Forwarding

Duties and responsibilities include:

Receiving export booking
Coordinating pick up and deliveries of Freight / Containers
Liaising with Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, Transport Companies and Overseas Agents
Maintaining strong relationships with Vendors and Customers
Preparing export documentation
