Working closely with the warehouse you duties will cover customer service and administration, duties include the following:
- Liaising with customer and suppliers via email and phone
- Preparing and prioritising orders for the warehouse for pick/pack
- Providing documentation for customer
- Enter sales and purchase orders
- Processing suppliers invoices and preparing invoices for customers
- General administration and customer service experience
- Data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Attention to detail
