Duties & Responsibilities
- Raise and match purchase orders for job-related costs
- Reconcile supplier statement and prepare payments
- Prepare and distribute invoices and associated documentation
- Maintain transport fleet driver and maintenance records
- Maintain petty cash and toll accounts
- Coordinate staff travel requirements
- Coordinate and distribute stationery orders
- Answer and direct incoming correspondence, eg. phone calls
- Back-up AR/AP/Administration and general office support
- Flexible and resilient attitude
- Reliable character in pressure situations
- Adaptable nature in dealing with a variety of stakeholders
- Time management skills and ability to plan and juggle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Computer skills - MS Office and systems
