About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, this role will see you managing key accounts while identifying opportunities to grow the business. You will work closely with both local and international stakeholders, ensuring seamless supply, strong client relationships, and ongoing commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer and supplier accounts across assigned product lines
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Grow sales within existing accounts and develop new client relationships
- Monitor supply risks and proactively implement solutions
- Provide regular reporting to customers, suppliers, and management
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth project and supply execution
You are a proactive, solutions-focused professional who thrives in a small, agile team environment and enjoys juggling multiple priorities.
Key Requirements:
- Experience, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Experience with databases/systems used in FMCG, tendering or supply management (highly desirable)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask across sales, account management, and project coordination
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- A team-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability
- Willingness to work with international suppliers across multiple time zones
